Their method of calculating fees is archaic. If you get on a 5-year plan you can't pay monthly. You have to pay at least one year at a time. It would be so much more convenient and if they really cared about homeowners they would allow people to make monthly payments on their taxes of any amount.

Most clerks are very knowledgeable at this site very professional, i miss a male supervisor, the current supervisor a woman not very nice it appears she could use some training on how to service the public, she is just an employee but acts as if she was the owner it would be nicer if she could greet personnel with a smile!

If you dial this number. It never rings. How convenient for them!

It is $100
I believe you can request one online but it takes several weeks to get it. Also, I think it's just a copy and can't be used for official identification purpose. All the information is on their website.
It should be $28

You have to check. Each property goes at a different time and day.
I believe you can either call the county clerk's office or go online. It's $100 for your license and I think you can save time by filling out your application online instead of having to do it at the office
If it's 1 name, $66.
Yes
Technically you can, but they are closed to the public and if you put it in the drop box they are just going to put it in the mail. However, you can go to the Riverside Gateway office and they have a voter drop box.
I would contact the helpful staff at their office. I had a pleasure of dealing with Mrs.Debbie Flores. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
It takes 4-6 weeks for our office to receive from the state.
Birth certificates can only be changed with a court order. If a misspelling, it can be changed through the state. County Recorder cannot make any changes.
In the office. You can apply online, but the couple has to come in with ID to process and pay
What Are The Seat Belt Fines In California? Fines can vary widely. The fine typically starts at $20, but escalates to $50 for each time after that. In some cases, the fee for a seat belt violation can start at $162 to $465 - especially if a child is not properly restrained.Nov 21, 2016
You don't need to. Go in and check in on their computer. You both have to be there. Bring identification.
Not sure they monitor this. Forms are on their website but so long as they are open you can go in. I've never seen more than 2 or 3 people in there. https://www.asrclkrec.com
