I usually love shopping from lowes , and its my go to store everytime I need something for my home or one of my rental properties. This time I had purchased a bathroom fan with bluetooth for one of my restrooms in my house , when my handyman told me it didnt fit and had to retrofit my ceiling for it I decided I didnt want it after all and decided to return it . I took it back to lowes I had misplaced my receipt so I thought that it might be saved in my lowes account since usually everytime I purchase something from lowes it gets stored their.Anyways the lady in the returns section treated me like I was a thief , I dont know what kind of people she deals with or maybe her family are a bunch of thiefs and she knows the little tricks they pull off , but she was rude and treated me like trash . I restrained myself from making it into a big deal I was with my wife and my toddler daughter .This lady belittled me I felt like i wanted to jump over the desk and punch her . I restraint myself and wanted to talk to a manager, she looked lime she had authority so I thought it would be no use . I left the store and plan to start shopping at amazon for this kinds of things or maybe home depot which I really dont like because its hardtofind things at hone depot. The way this lady treats people she should get some customer service training , she cant generalize everyone just because shes had bad experiences with certain customers were not all the same . Maybe the 75k to 120 k that I spend yearly at lowes doesnt matter to them but just my 2 cents. This horrible experience was in the pico rivera lowes .

Wow, there’s bad customer service and then, there’s Lowe’s. Been on phone for over 2 hours with customer service line at store that fulfilled our online order and NO ONE picks up. Called pro desk twice to tell them they delivered wrong sized items and keep getting put on hold even though we beg them not to. On national line for over an hour while two other phones on hold with them. Wow. Just wow. Zero customer service. Most definitely last time ever will buy with them. And we thought Home Depot was bad. This takes the cake.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars overall. They make returning things difficult, they refuse to offer money back and only store credit, and everything I purchased was already broken or fell apart not too long after. It's not just this store, but Lowes overall as a company is terrible.

Great garden section. Have been to several local big name stores and Lowe's had the largest variety for outdoor and indoor plants and biggest outdoor garden in comparison to the competitors I visited. No long lines, shelf checkout was a breeze. Will be returning for more plants!

Constant battle with transients....its 24/7 at that location. You would gave to task an associate to watch the parking lot ar all times. Plus it doesn't help when the public just sees it and doesn't help out as well....
