Never have I ever had this problem with any car wash especially this one. I come here often to get my car washed but today as I was getting my car washed inside one of their machines knocks down my rear mirror, and completely ends up breaking it from my car. As that happened I tried getting some help because my car ended up getting stuck in their racks as well. One of their workers comes and asks what happened I explained to them what happened and he said I can speak to the manager when I get out. I go and speak to the manager and as I’m walking I see one of the workers laughing at me & at the situation. The manager comes & says they have a sign up there to watch out for rear mirrors but the thing is your machine shouldn’t be capable of completely knocking down a rear mirror. It was moving everywhere like crazy of course it’s going to knock it down. He said there’s nothing he can do about it and it’s like having a car accident out in the street it’s unpredictable. Never going back there horrible service.

Too much traffic where the vacuums are located. It’s right next to the line to pay and get a car wash so when I went there I was blocked in where the vacuums were by the cars in line waiting to pay for about 20 mins and I called the number on the website to have someone come direct me out of the parking spot I was blocked in but the number was going straight to voicemail with what didn’t even sound like the business line.

The carwash is decent on prices. However there are parts of my vehicle that never seem to be even touched by the machines. The vacuums have a lot of suction, but half the time the tips are completely clogged...so you have to remove the attachment to be able to vacuum at all.

I paid for the $12 premium wash that included wax and an additional $1 for a towel. I get out of the wash and my car is still covered in grime. I brought it back around to have some spots fixed and the guys were helpful and cleaned up those spots, but my car was still grimey so I asked to have it run back through the wash. They asked me if I got the $4 wash and I told them I paid for the $12 one, and they brought the owners over to ask me what was wrong and I asked that my car be run back through the wash again. They put my car on the belt, soaped it up and I ran through the whole wash without anything taking place, not even a spray of water or the dryers at the end. My car comes out still covered in soap and looks worse than before. Luckily I had purchased that towel from them so I polished all the soap off of my car by hand. That was needlessly spiteful on their part. You shouldn't treat your customers like that.
