Very bad experience. It was the first time and will be the last at this store. I, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my nephew went to croc’s store at The Block on 6/11/22 to buy very first fair of crocs for my nephew. Everything was great until my turn to make a purchase. One of the cashier (not Ryan, I don’t even pay attention of his name) refused to give me 25% off because “HE JUST BRINGS ME OUT AND NOW IM BACK IN LINE FOR A SECOND PAIR.” I was shock and asked them to check the camera or I need to talk to the manager. They said that they couldn’t check the camera and the manager wasn’t there. The cashier was 100% sure that it was me just by looking at my eyes (I wore mask). He made me feel bad in front of others. It was like I was doing something illegally just to get 25% off. I’m sure that I will never come back to that store and probably WILL NOT purchase crocs in the future. Sorry you just lost a customer. They still owed me an apology!

Bad customer service, the people working there I believe don’t wanna be there, very unwelcoming and rude. Yesterday got 2 pairs and at the register this cashier didn’t want to give me a bag, she said they don’t have bags and if I need one I need to purchase one for $2.99, and at the end she packed my stuff in a trash bag and gives it to me. They should be ashamed of what they did that’s called bad service, I understand you guys need to make money but pls don’t make it with giving out trash bags to put the merchandise. Shame of you guys👎

I just have to say how amazing Ryan is! I love his customer service is 10/10!! Definitely coming back just because of him. Everyone else is also great here, friendly staff. Keep up the work guys 💜
