The Technician was ontime. Explained the process of diagnosing the issue. Explained because my fridge was a Kenmore Elite my warranty was better for sealed parts, and the compressor. So, the compressor was faulty, and one other little 15 dollar part. So I ended up spending $569.00 (Labor and small part) He also explained that it would take the fridge 24 hours to come all the way back down in temperature. And it did. I will use them again.

My experience was terrible, hard time understanding associates, set the appointment, waited for 2 hours for service only to find the appointment wasn't set after all. Next available, 5 days away...tried again, couldn't understand associate, hung up. Love Sears! But not their maintenance service.

The drier is fixed but the service man and the telephone customer service rep were not in good communication so he showed up with the wrong part.
