I want to preface this review by saying that prior to this visit, I didn’t care for O’Reilly’s. Truthfully. Last time I went there for help, the person who “helped” me didn’t seem to care for my existence, and seemed to know little to nothing about motor vehicles. Tonight, that all changed. My car suddenly came upon some battery troubles, and having had my car jumped twice in the same day to get where I needed to go - I had had enough. I made the split second decision to head towards O’Reilly’s; the closest car shop I knew that could maybe help me. I didn't relish the idea, but I had no other options. As I pulled in, my battery suddenly gave out just as I was about to enter their parking lot. I couldn’t believe it. I exited my vehicle and went inside. I was warmly greeted by Gabriel and Jason, who assured me that they could replace my battery. All I had to do was get into the parking lot. Gabriel and Jason personally came out and helped push my vehicle far enough into the parking lot to get out of harm’s way. Afterwards, we went inside and Gabriel began testing my vehicle to see if it was a battery issue or an alternator issue. Long story short, we determined it was an alternator issue, and Gabriel was able to sell me a refurbished alternator at a cheaper rate than it would have been brand new. While I was not able to fix the problem immediately, Gabriel was able to find a solution for me and sold me the part I needed. He jumped my car and I was just barely able to make it home. Gabriel and Jason saved my hide tonight and I have turned from a non-believer into a lifelong customer. Give those two a raise or whatever you have to do. They truly went above and beyond for their customer, and I’ll never forget that. - Andrew

Hands down best customer service ever. Matched my parts quickly and priced st a decent deal. LETS GO BRANDON! Oil is still expensive but I only blame one for that.

Alex the store Manager did awesome! Even though he worked open to close as he stated, he was still able to change out my battery before closing and of course with that smile of his. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road again.
