After walking in the store and telling Christopher I needed my back signal light changed he said he wasn't supposed to do it because of so many lawsuits but since he cared about my safety he changed my light anyway and I thanked him so much for that so I wanted to give him a good review for His quick and great customer service. He put a piece of mine for me knowing that my back signal light works for a long drive home

My wife went to store to get a belt for her truck and did not know what size v8 she has a n d kid behind counter would not go out and help her find engine size what happened to the customer service of a parts store when the counter workers would help a customer

I have gone to O'Reilly for years, my dad as well, and the service is just top notch. Mike went above and beyond for me, and another customer out in what seemed to be 100 degree heat. He knows his stuff, and was honest about cost and longterm care. I mean if your dealing with car troubles these are the guys you listen too.

Okay planely stated must be wearing madks on the door, but most of the employees prefer not and they allow other customers to come in without them as well. Direct violation of the mandate. Second amendment in looking for a specific item/btand that only they provide. But the guy guy didyeven try to find the part number anywhere. It is a shame that they have gotten this low in service.
