We have lived here for about two years and we've had a few different property managers but the guy who has taken over now is awesome! He really listens and lets us voice concerns and unlike the woman before him he finds a way to take care of whatever comes up and keeps us informed. He's really nice and easy to work with and it looks like some good changes are coming to the complex.

Property Manager Qon is AMAZING and FABULOS to work with. He takes the word CUSTOMER SERVICE to another level! Always polite and willing to assist where needed! I would recommend anyone to stay at Hampton Townhomes!

I have lived here for 5 yrs and I have seen managers come and go. The new manager, by far is a keeper! In 5 years, I have never had maintenance come in to do preventative maintenance on my AC! He listens and truly cares about the residents and sometimes that's all we need....just to be heard. The last manager was very rude! So to Quan (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and his maintenance guy, I say THANK YOU and hope you stick around.
