These people have the worst customer service and they do not care at all about their tenants!

They list open apartments on apartments.com but actually have no openings. When I asked why they had them listed they said they like to keep them up to get wait lists and will wait till they have the maximum number of people on the waitlist before removing the apartment online. I mentioned that that misleads people and wastes their time and she made it clear that they do not care about wasting peoples time and jerking around prospective tenants they just care about money so they purposefully keep the listing up when they know they do not have any openings.

We had mold in are apartment and they said the fixed it but the left some in the pantry, then we had to stay in a hotel for two weeks they said the would reimburse us with the money and the didn’t and still haven’t so we moved

I have lived in this complex for Two years now and I Love it! They are very attentive and keep up with the complex. I have had no problems with bugs and they don't just pop in my apartment like some of the other reviews might say. Only reason I would leave is to get into a house.
