I have been stopping at this Starbucks for a few weeks now and they are always hustling! Today while I was waiting for my mobile order there was a line forming at drive through. The staff was working hard to keep up. A woman in the lobby (not sure if she was a manager or just an off clock employee) jumped in and said let me help you guys! She stepped right in and helped them get caught up without quite as much pressure. Great teamwork!! I don't know who this woman was but she handled that like a pro! Great job Starbucks!

Too many people only take the time to write bad reviews, so I feel it’s so necessary to share such an amazing experience today! I came through the drive thru and I believe her name tag said Lisa was so incredibly nice. I am not a Starbucks pro, so I’m sure my order was said a little confusing lol but she and the other super sweet girl (so sad I didn’t catch a name tag) making drinks asked me to confirm they did it right. Such a quick friendly experience. I order this same drink a couple times a week, and it always tastes good, don’t get me wrong, but it was also the best I’ve ever tasted! Perfect! I know how stressful busy times get, and I am amazed at how friendly and accommodating the staff here is. Thank you!
