Had a custom burrito, and the seasoned beef is delicious! Love the chips and salsa and queso as well. Service was friendly and fast and will come here again.

First problem at this Moe’s was a misleading price for food. We always order a cup of rice and beans for our 4 kids. They don’t like the kids meals and they love rice and beans. Most Moe’s charge us $1.79 for a cup. They told us $1.79 (and we assumed per cup), but then on the bill they charged us specifically $1.79 for rice and $1.79 for beans in each cup, doubling the cost. We should have gotten 8 cups total at that price instead of 4 with half rice and half beans. The second issue was the bathrooms. They leave all the doors locked and you have to go to the register and get a key from them (um, germs!). This was a great source of frustration as we tried to get 6 people in our group through the bathrooms while dealing with others using the bathrooms and juggling keys. The men’s restroom was not clean. In the dining area, the main trash receptacle was full - I had to keep packing it down to get anything to fit. I have personally been to at least 5 Moe’s locations, and this one does not meet the standards! I will not be returning to this Moe’s location.

This is our first Moe's experience. We're avid fans of Chipotle restraunts, so we were hoping for a similar experience. From our side of the counter this is very reminiscent of visiting a Chipotle. You order at one in the counter and then follow your order towards the cashier instructing the food handlers on how to dress up your food. On a positive note, unlike Chipotle, Moe's offers free chips as well as a greater variety of toppings/ingredients to create the perfect personalized dish. On a negative note, unlike Chipotle, the protein is not prepared an area that's visible to the consumer. Chipotle has grills behind the counters so customers have the impression of having freshly grilled meats. Between the four of us we had three different proteins and all of them seemed reheated or prepared other than fresh grilled. Not a deal breaker, just did not have the fresh grilled texture/taste. Overall a positive experience, if this was a Chipotle restaurant it would receive a two or three stars. As it is not it will receive a four-star review.
