I go here or home Depot a lot depending on what exactly I'm looking for. No real issues with the store itself but the parking lot is sketchy enough at night that my wife won't come here after dark. Lots of homeless hang out here at night as well as guys on bikes checking cars. On a plus note lowes keeps lumber carts in the lumber isles vs having to wheel them in like other home improvement stores.

I have no issues with Lowe's itself, the associate that helped me with my new appliance was fabulous. It's the company they use for installation that gets the one star. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else but Pacific Express Installation. Read their reviews yourself on other sites.

I've always liked Lowe's but my goodness they need to figure out their delivery. We ordered a fridge, online, and scheduled it for delivery a week before we moved in. We barely got it into the house in time to avoid spoiling foods and that was only made possible because I went to pick it up from the store. We confirmed our new address, I kid you not, about 10 times only for them to continue to try to deliver to our old house. We would confirm the day before, then again on delivery day only to be told they were planning to deliver to the old house and we'd have to get pushed back 2 days (because they can't schedule a delivery after 1, apparently). Just an absolute cluster. I WILL, however, give credit to the staff. Despite the nightmare (which seemed to be more of a scheduling program/policy issue), they continuously attempted to make things right and try new ways to solve the problem This is our 2nd time having delivery issues with Lowe's; first at this location. Seems to be a corporate level problem

I love this Lowe’s. They almost always have what I need in stock, even if it’s to purchase online and pick up in store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And at times they may be understaffed, or busy helping other customers and you’ll have to wait a little bit longer than expected, but they never compromise customer service or a friendly attitude. This location is further away for me to get to, but it’s always worth the extra drive.
