Great location, right on sugar creek. Owners are really strict on number of people at each site. Visitors have to pay $5, even if it's 5 minutes. Sugar creek 5 stars, owners 1

Yes, we offer rentals year-round! You can rent the clubhouse anytime or do a pool party between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We will be installing a privacy gate, so that parking will be limited to clients.
