Talk about "bang for your buck!!!" I've been a customer for over 10 years and WM just keeps getting better year after year. You can set your time by their pick-up service. Friendly drivers who don't mind sharing a smile and a wave. Outstanding office staff who cares for the customers NOT just "tha Benjamin's" If your not using WM your paying waaay to much to be treated like the refuge.

Waste Management has horrible customer service it took five calls to get anyone to set up my new service at a new address- the cans were here and I was told they did not service this address and the HOA called too- they kept promising a call back by the end of the day after calling dispatch and NEVER did I get a call back- I had to go weeks with out pick up and then asked for a bulk pick up due to not having my trash picked up and they wanted to charge me a lot for it and then said they did not know how to set it up but would have someone call me back- the 5th time! And NO ONE called me back once again. Terrible company- use someone else if you can!

Waste management has always done an outstanding job. I’ve never had any problem with them. I love their bulk pick up service. They make it so easy. Interactions are always professional and courteous.

My collection day is Tuesday. I called on Monday morning to request 1 of my 3 yearly large items to pick up. I placed the 5 items out by the curb on the evening of Monday, 2/7/22 (4 bicycles and 1 basketball hoop pole cut in the middle, base and hoop separated, as advised at the time of requesting service. To my surprise this morning, none of the items were taken. Bicycles and basketball hoop disassembled are still by the curb as placed on Monday evening. Calling Customer Service, I was told the driver said items were not placed on the location. This is a lie! Items were placed on Monday evening, with the trash cans and as I said before it remains there. Furthermore, on 1/18/22 the driver did not pick up one of my recycle bins. I placed 2 recycle bins by the curb, 1 was picked up the other was not! I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible since I can not choose another service. I pay my bill on time and have never caused a problem with any of the drivers. I don't even know who they are! I live in a gated community that has an HOA. I am responsible for the items I place outside, specially because the location where I place my cans is actually, my neighbor's parking spot. We do care about being good neighbors here! I can not be responsible for your drivers not working as they should. I would like to not have to be calling you to complain, or "fighting" for a service I am entitled to. I don't really have the time. It is simple: I pay for the job, you do the job. I do not feel I should be responsible, at my age, to drag the items back because your employee did not do his job. I am not sure if we have a distracted driver or if my house has been targeted for some reason I am not aware of, but I know this is not acceptable! Thank you for looking at and resolving this matter.

It depends. They charge a flat rate of $28.50 if you do not look really heavy. I can usually fill up the back of my pickup truck bed, and that will be it. If you go over 800 pounds, or look over 800 pounds, you have to give them your driver license and a credit card with a 60 dollar deposit when you weigh in. Then you have to get back in line again to get weighed a second time. A bit of a hassle unless you know the weight of your vehicle with you inside the first time. I always keep my weigh sheets in my glove box so I don't have to wait in line a second time. Electronics like big screens are easy. Go to the recycling line and just put them in the electronic container for free.
is recycle open tomorrow Friday 18
