The outside of the hotel is nice. I like how it is lit with green lights at night. This is an older hotel and it shows. The elevator is old and the 1 on the right side was always broken down. So using just 1 elevator was hectic and the wait was long being on the 6th floor. The inside of our room was dirty. I do understand the times we live in now and it is hard to find good help anymore. The new rule for most hotels now is you have to request room service. The beds were made up very sloppy. The comforter/sheet had a brown spot/stain on it. The pillows were dirty with what looked to be make up. It almost looked as if the sheets and comforter werenβt changed from the previous family. They just remade the bed π€’. I did not pull the covers back or sleep underneath them. I slept on top of them. The coffee pot had food splatter. Looked like bbq sauce π₯΄. The desk chair was broken. As soon as you sit down, it drops. They switched our rooms and this room had a finger or toe nail on the ground and food crumbs on the floor and the wall mounted air conditioner. We were booked for 3 nights but decided to check out after 1 night & change hotels. I gave this 2 stars only because the staff was nice & friendly and the bar area was nice & updated π Breakfast isnβt free. If youβre use to complementary breakfast, like we are, this is not the hotel for that. It was a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for, right?

This was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to food, has a restaurant on site as well as a bar. The courtyard is a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal or a cocktail. Your room may have a good view of the city or the Hwy depending on which side you get. Overall it's in good shape. You can tell it's in need of some updates and a some remodeling but nothing is falling apart and it's maintained and clean.

Very pleased to see the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was ideal for our purpose there and many restaurants to choose from within a 2 to 4 mile radius. We were there 4 days/ mid week and hotel was not busy. The only thing I didnt like was we were at the end of the hall which means you hear no hallway noise, however we did hear outside noise early in the morning such as a truck beeping to back in and then emptying a trash bin. Front desk friendly and helpful and room service only provided if requested.

We had slim pickings and selected this one based on other reviews. Iβm honestly sure how it has such great reviews. The rooms are quite dated. The bartender was beyond rude but only to select people. We watched him tell a group that they could not have any food or drinks in the lobby area. (He told us that the night before when we tried sitting at a table to eat pizza since the rooms are so small.) But the group that came in before them brought in food. How is that even fair? Also, the hallways had a very odd smell. You have to walk outside through the courtyard to get to your room and normally wouldnβt be bad but it sucks when itβs raining and it just so happened to be raining while we were there. We will be traveling to the area a lot in the future but we will definitely never be staying here again.

I'm an employee at this holiday inn. Yes they have room service but only for breakfast and dinner. Lunch is not offered at this location. However many restaurants in the area deliver and uber eats as well as grub hub will deliver good food options that aren't always available for delivery. We also have a small on-site sundry shop with snack foods and frozen dinner items.
