It could be because of the outbreak. They're family owned. Might not want the risk? Just speculation, though.

Are they still open? I've gone twice on a Friday night in the past month, and they were closed.

Are there options that are gluten, dairy, soy, corn, oat, peanut, nightshade (peppers, tomatoes, paprika...) and egg free?

I would call and ask. The owners are very kind and would be happy to tell you. Ingera bread is practically gluten free. They have many vegan dishes, but you'd have to ask about the night shades.
