Great park all around. In the summer the splash pad is amazing, the hours are great and everything is in good working condition. Bathrooms are ok, not super nice but not dirty. I went today at 2pm and it wasn't too crowded. There were 2 people on staff with first aid. There are lots of shade trees, benches and tables. A large grassy area with a hill for the kids to roll down and the playground is fully fenced.

Literally so much fun for my kids! They love the splash pad and also the 2 parks. Definitely room to play and even when it's busy it doesn't seem so bad. Your kids will thank you!

We moved to Temecula last summer and let me tell you, my daughter love it so much. this is one of the best park we've ever been since we came back from S.korea, it's gated and always clean! The people who work for this community deserve a raise! For the people who works at the park. We thank you so much!!

What an awesome park! The kids hard a great time playing in the water and the play grounds! There was also a birthday party at the time, so there were lots of kids to play with. We all had a great time! Highly recommend! Water turns off between 1-2pm

When I was there I saw a few birthday parties so I believe the answer is yes.
One tennis court is open, but very difficult to get access during morning or evening hours due to all the pickleball players. You do not need a reservation.

All Temecula parks open/close @ dawn/ dusk. Or about 8am to 8pm. Its always accessable though so you could come at any time.

Yes, there is a dog park. It's not well maintained by it's users (ahem, dog owners that won't clean up after their dogs) but it is there.
