Bad experience buying appliances at Lowes in Temecula. The woman we dealt with was rude on both occasions. She found a “counter depth refrigerator” online for us, only to have a full-size refrigerator delivered. Multiple people were present to witness this interaction and she flat-out lied when the store manager was involved. In addition, our microwave was not delivered as promised, with no explanation. Delivery times were not communicated well with a delivery time window between 8am-4:00pm. Now we’re awaiting for someone to return to fix the problem tomorrow with no text about times. We’ve tried calling the store several times and it rang for 10 min with no one answering the phones. Customer Care was also unable to get someone on the phone with no record of an appt. Very disappointed in the entire experience. Luckily the female store manager and customer care were nice, but still unable to resolve the problem.

Checkout in garden with six people in line behind us. One of our items was Scott's fertilizer in a broken bag which was 50% off and required a manager's override. The nice young Clerk called for the manager who never showed up. One gentleman with a sizable order in his cart got disgusted and just left. I finally had to tell the clerk to take the fertilizer off my order so that the line could move. Very disappointed that I did not get my fertilizer.

Good didnt have too many issues.., staff was friendy & helpful.. The Cashier at the self ck.- out was kinda rude to a customer behind me .., just for the customer asking the Cashier a Question about payment .. (apple pay) if the Accepted it or not .., the Cashier Answered her in a very rude voice as well as her smart remark answer ... 😯🙁😞

Good visit. Mainly visited the lawn and garden section today. I always check out the clearance plants. They are usually half off or more so it makes completing your landscape much more affordable and sometimes you may find plants that interest you that you may have never considered. Also, they give a military discount, but you need to register and all you need to do is provide your phone number for future purchases.

All spring-blooming bulbs need a period of cold dormancy to bloom. Plant bulbs in fall to ensure a beautiful spring display. If deer or other critters frequent your yard, plant bulbs they don't like to nibble, which include: Daffodil Grape hyacinth Siberian squill Allium Fritillaria Dog's-tooth violet Glory-of-the-snow Winter aconite Snowdrop
