My first time ever eating here, but I will not be back. I really wanted to love this restaurant and the food is really not too bad, but there was so much went wrong with our whole experience, from missing food, to asking for items numerous times, to plates not being cleared, to the most terrible side of noodles i habe ever been served......the list goes on! Give me Koto for my Asian experience anyday!

This place is perfect for satisfying your appetite. Shrimp dumplings and lettuce chicken wrap are the best appetizers.

Great Service. Always make a reservation, helps so much with the wait. Today service was exceptional. The hostess went above and beyond. She switched our table because our son was asleep. She gave us a booth so we could lay him down and enjoy our dinner. The server was on top of things. He also helped us celebrate mine and my son’s birthday. As always the food was great too.

We eat at PF Changs frequently at home in Cincinnati. It is an upscale Chinese restaurant with higher quality ingredients. I almost always order the Mongolian Beef with white rice and my husband orders Chang's Spicy Chicken with fried rice. The food is always consistent and served hot. Our food here came out so quickly, we didn't even have our drinks yet! Which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5....our service could have been better. Our server was busy with many tables so it wasn't like he was just standing around, but we only saw him to take our order, check on us once, and bring the bill. The person that brought our food out noticed we didn't have drinks and got them for us. Never got any refills....
