They Don't give Tracking numbers for your packages & they NEVER EVER answer the phone & when I went there I just happened to be 1 of 2 customers so I called their phone to test if 1 of the other 2 people would answer but they just stood there and looked at each other till it stopped ringing

If you can avoid this one, I would. They overcharge for everything. They charged me an extra $2 and extra change just to print out a free label that the other UPS stores do not charge. I will definitely continue going to La Mesa

Beware of this store! They will lie and try to scam you. They make up charges to pad shipping bills and make up charges. I went there to return a few Amazon items and they wanted to charge me for a label and an additional fee for tape to seal a box. Both my returns were in the original boxes. I checked with Amazon and they stated that I did not even need to bring the item in a box or label and they were supposed to print the labels for me no charge. Amazon pays the store for the packing and shipping costs. They just make up charges so the customer has to cough up a few more dollars just to get their "free" shipping. I went to another store later that day and they took the items with no fuss and no additional fees. They even verified that Amazon pays them extra for packaging of unboxed products.

Tony and Marvin have been customer service representatives at our neighborhood UPS location since my first visit. During the pandemic things could not have been more challenging for the men. What were normal procedures and policies that were explained to them from the beginning of their careers suddenly overnight became yesterday's news. There efforts together showed more teamwork and tenacity than I have seen in a long time. Outstanding team oriented beliefs are what UPS can always expect from this dynamic duo's customer service.
