Pretty big green space. Many offleash dogs, although they didn't cause a problem, and left when an officer came by, it was a great place to sit and read for a bit. Nice big trees and a small basketball court on one small end.

Love this park! Probably the best escape from the concrete jungle for those of us in the Golden Triangle area! Read about it's interesting history!

Neat little park...pretty in the spring/summer/fall. Maybe a little sketchy at night but safe and useful during the day. Has a decent playground for kids with the squishy/bouncy ground cover material for less awful bumps and bruises after a fall. Has a small basketball court with one hoop surrounded by shorter walls on two sides and large wall behind the hoop. Plenty of room for dog walkers/ball throwers. A little muddy right now but that's to be expected. Has some nice park seating and even a port-o-john.
