Is this navy based closed or open to come and go . My son has orders to be shiped to San Diego after Pensacola A school . And we want to visit him . Would he be able to leave the base daily ?

Leave and liberty policies are Command dependent, however, generally speaking, Sailors and Marines are authorized to depart the base while in a liberty status. Congratulations to your Son on his orders!
