Went here because it was close with good reviews but immediately regretted it. This company needs to invest more in their employees. Front counter was forced to basically waste my time because they were understaffed and the technician wasn’t even on site yet. Recommend going to Discount Tire for better and more consistent service.

Rude & won’t help you. They open at 7am but the clerk said his first technician doesn’t come in until 9am? I then said I can leave the tire, all it needs is a patch. He then says “we’ll I’m pretty booked today, so I probably can’t get you in!” Really? No time for a tire patch? Now I have to search around other shops because I’m running on a donut tire & I’m already late for work. Waste of time. I can’t believe they’re still in business turning customers away like that. By the way, I got there at 7:03 am & there was absolutely nobody else there…zero renting if I could.

Had a very positive experience here. After being quoted more than $2.5k for brake repairs, a realignment, and suspension fixes from a local dealership, I decided to go to Firestone to try to get a better deal. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the car at all; all components were in great condition and no repairs or replacements were recommended, much less needed. This could have been an easy situation to make some extra money but the Firestone employees chose integrity instead. The service manager was thorough when he called to explain the situation I was in and I received great service from the two folks at the front of the shop. This shop earned my trust and I will definitely be in for service in the future.
