Went in to get my iPhone battery replaced as soon as I open the door of the establishment was greeted by this gal Sara She was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job Answered my questions and was very meticulous checking out my phone and writing down all info I am very satisfied that I don’t have to be tethered to a cable anymore I will be recommending this store to all of my friends that need their phones fixed or batteries

Purchased a Duracell marine and rv battery for my electric trolling motor. It had a 30 month warranty and was purchased Sept of 2020. So its about 19 months old. I took it to get a warranty replacement because it wasn't taking charge and it was indenting in one of the ends. So obviously it was defective. The store clerk after looking at the indenting said that the battery was misused and it was improperly charged and therefore I had no warranty. I explained to her that I had 3 other batteries for the boat that were getting charged with the same charger and they were in perfect condition. In fact they are much older one of them almost 5 years old. She insisted I mistreated the battery and had no warranty. So I left with my Duracell battery and purchased a super start battery from an auto parts. The super start battery matches my other batteries in my boat. Be careful buying fron batteries plus. You may be accused of misusing your battery. Good luck!!

The whole shopping experience was good! It was me that took a few days to pick up the batteries. The batteries were made just this month which made me feel good! The staff were very professional! The batteries were already on the cart (I ordered 6!). The young man asked if I had a carrying tool and sold that to me also! I would have had to lug them to the golf cart.
