I've been here a half a dozen times and the first time was stellar! Recently however it feels like the overall experience may be going downhill a bit. The service as always was friendly and attentive. both of the servers took the time to stop and greet my puppy and one of them pleasantly chatted about dog breeds for a moment with me We did have a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the cutlery and the glassware. Honestly I'm not a nitpick by nature but I can say for certain that they missed a few spots. We ordered a carne asada burrito and a chicken gorditas entre. The menus doesn't say much towards the spice level of the gorditas, and I'll say this .. they were far, far too spicy. I'm not shy about the heat level of food. I handle Thai hot just fine. These weren't by any stretch past my limit, but I have to complain a bit that there was no real warning. My 8 of 10 is many people's day ruining spice level. The carne asada burrito was quite tasty. It had well seasoned cilantro lime rice which was perfectly prepared to a slight bite, but not too tender. The black beans were very fulfilling and the carne asada was very, very tender. Juicy, savory and all around perfect. So well done, in fact, that I was a bit dismayed at the small proportion used in the burrito. Still incredibly good for the price.

Compliments to the kitchen, the dishes are well prepared. Ate here twice, ordered the Aztec bowl and the ceviche with house red wine, fresh tasting and nice portions. Friendly competent service too!

Great service at a popular local place. The street tacos were more "gourmet" than "street" but nit bad for colorado as compared to Austin. The green chili queso just fair, the shrimp taco has 2 shrimp, all flavorful but didn't knock my socks off.

The staff was amazing. Friendly yet personal and professional. I ordered the trashcan nachos to go. Ordering nachos to go can be very tricky. Nobody likes soggy chips. Surprise! Their chips are so thick that they really didn't get soggy. Now I can't eat the whole thing cause I swear it weighs 3 pounds. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The chips are thick and crunchy. The different veggies and sauce create a unique yummy flavor. Look at the pieces of brisket on these nachos.
