If I could give zero stars, I would. Rude staff and zero help!!! I had four teens that needed sizing for an upcoming event. I called prior to coming in for pricing and the gentleman who answered was super nice and helpful, which is why I felt comfortable to come in, in person. Unfortunately when I showed up I did not receive the same service or experience. Will not be back!

Customer service here is hit or miss. When buying suits, especially 6 suits for a wedding, I expect undivided attention and knowledgeable staff. A few times I got the standard "if you don't see it on the floor, we don't have it" response. I hate that response... nut to mention, they did have what I was looking for, I just didn't know where to look. Luckily, an associate who was more friendly came along and helped.

I needed a suit fast. The young man working on Wednesday night was so helpful and got me looking sharp fast. The tailor was even able to seem my pants right then in there. They saved the day and the products they sell are excellent, modern, and classic styles too. Thanks MW!
