Great place to live. Very secured. The Springs is very well maintained. Our manager Lyly Choi is on top of things.Lyly is a gem. She is very efficient and organized. Kind and considerate and very fair. A wiz with the paperwork when doing our recertication. Organized with Walgreens for the residents to receive the shots for the coronavirus at the property. That was a lifesaver and very convenient. Very well organized. All my maintenance requests are done in a timely manner.

I love living here. The location is perfect for shopping and close to public transportation Its a safe neighborhood for walking. many shops and restaurants near by, we are walking distance to food store, post office, library and City government offices also police and fire department. The management and maintenance crew are excellent. They respond quickly to any problems we might have. Which I really appreciate. I've lived at the Springs almost 3 years and so happy I moved here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the SPRINGS Apartments for nearly the last 5 years. It’s amazing, it seems like just yesterday I moved in. Lyly the manager does an outstanding job. Rockney the maintenance supervisor keeps everything moving just fine. Arturo the custodian is always cleaning and keeping the place in pristine condition. Rosemary is very pleasant as she administers food programs for us. Overall my my experience living at the Springs has always been very pleasant.

I have lived at this apartment complex for about 12 years now. It is a wonderful place to live. Management is very knowledgeable, and the maintenance staff keeps everything in good working order and very clean. Our head of maintenance, Rockney, is ever alert for problems in the building and is very well liked and appreciated.
