Nice enough space, clean, attentive staff. Prices are steeper than expected, even for items supposed to be on "sale", but that's just the nature of the business. I came to return some Amazon purchases, which was rather effortless & convenient, and was pleased to receive a coupon for 35% off an in-store regularly priced item, though I did not redeem it. All in all, not too shabby ★★★★☆

Easily the worst run Kohl's I've been to. Three of us in line, and one woman helping one customer for over 15 minutes for what sounded like one exchange. Nobody else to help out. Go to a different store

It's a smaller store but in selection only the physical space is huge but I can't help but feel like it's in its last days of life everytime I go in. Seems dated and uncared for. Some departments are well developed like shoes and such but I very well could be jaded by a feeling or who knows I work in the same space and almost never want to go in . I guess that is a personal issue but that's how I see it sorry if it's too silly disregard and form an opinion by shopping there. Not reading these lol
