This Trek shop is a life savior. After having a horrible ordeal with the Saugus Trek Store (Patrick Store Manager), who installed the wrong BB bearing on a $4000 Trek Domane, this store (Newhall) fixed my bike. I walked in and right away I was met with professional customer service and courtesy. I explained the problem, and within minutes Riley (expert Trek Technician) uninstalled the BB and discovered that the BB90 had the wrong bearings installed by the Saugus Trek Store. Riley was incredibly helpful and fully explained my options. I decided to upgrade to the Ceramic BB bearings. Not only did they go through a full inspection of the bike from front to back, but they provided a complimentary Level II Service and full attention to detail. I’ve been to a lot of bike shops in the last 2 decades, but this Trek store is just above and beyond. Their attention to detail and extensive expertise is just hard to find nowadays. They would never allow a bike to leave their shop if it’s not in tip-top shape and safe for the road. I would, without any doubt, recommend and strongly advise riders to use their unmatched service and expertise. I was truly impressed and pleased with their outstanding customer service and top knowledge. Well done Trek Newhall and I hope you’ll be around for decades.

All of the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful, best customer service experience I have had. Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike to come to this store. I have returned for service on my bike several times and they have been very helpful tuning up the bike and giving me feedback and advice and how to improve my cycling

I will never shop at this bike shop, the owner is rude, stuck up, and uptight with customer and with people in general. He always has a bad attitude and a disgusting look on his face!!
