One of the best local bike shop’s in town. The Trek Saugus staff is willing to take the time to answer all of your questions on gear and mechanicals. When I go in, I ask questions about tire combinations, suspension setup, etc., nearing philosophical magnitude and their staff will oblige, standing with me for a minute talking shop. Lol. Purchased my 2022 Fuel EX from them as well. Returning patron here.

Lauren A was absolutely amazing!! Super patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She answered all of our questions and anticipated many of them before we asked. She listened well and followed through on everything she promised. She set up my new bike on time and with care. Lauren explained how to use and care for the bike, all of the service included and the maintenance needed. She also set up the warranty for me.Lauren is professional, kind and a great employee. I asked if I could speak to her manager and was told she is the manager! I do hope this review gets to the owner. She is a true find.

I could not help but smile as I walked into the clean and well organized store. Each employee fielded my questions and concerns (I called almost everyday) to my complete satisfaction.
