Worst Taco Bell in town hands down. They're always out of things, never enough staff, and very slow. I had two hard all lettuce "beef" chalupas, and this kid size burrito... AWFUL!! Stay away. Unfortunately whoever owns this doesn't care at all.

Two nights we didn't get any food. First night after long line, we get to speaker and a voice says " we're closed". That's it..were closed, o apology or explanation. Lots of people still in line behind us. So we try again next night, go inside, go up to counter, employee states "the lobby is closed. If you want to order you have to go through the drive through.". We left. Obviously have a problem at this local.

This is the worst fast food experience. Whoever was managing tonight (Sunday, April 10, 2022 at 9 pm) had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was rude, yelling at customers as they walked in, showed her team no leadership skills whatsoever. It was actually embarrassing to watch. Took 10 minutes to be noticed when we walked in and an extra 25 minutes after that to get our small order. A worker burned my crunchwrap supreme, cursed out loud when she noticed, and decided to put the burnt food in my bag anyways. Another worker's pants were hanging down under his butt and he kept (I can't believe I am even writing this) ADJUSTING HIS PANTS WITH GLOVES ON and handling beverages and food. Disgusting! Sure, I would have brought this up to the "manager", but that would have been pointless as she was horribly unpleasant to everyone. The workers were young and seemed untrained, but I think the real failure here was the manager. That woman should not be in customer service and should DEFINITELY not be in any position of leadership.

Pulled up here to nights in a row! Friday April 1st 2022, then April 2,2022. So when I came here on the first I pulled up approximately 9pm their was a long line but I decided to wait because my child wanted to eat here. After waiting here for 7 minutes.. (their was still 8 cars in front of me)… a toco bell employee comes out to tell each car in line that “our computers are down” she said it RUDE as all H*ll. No apology at all, she was unprofessional and had no sense of what customer service is. She sounded incompetent and uneducated I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service in general we receive in 2022. So when I had came back on the second of April 2022 I pulled up at 7 pm when excited and expecting to order today the lady on the intercom said very rudely we are closed. No explanation no apology just rude and unprofessional with no customer service skills what’s so ever. So my child really wanted toco bell so I was down to drive my child & i to the toco bell near Sheridan and Alameda… GO Figure this establishment was also closed it was verily 7:30 :(… if any other upset customers are reading this I would completely boycott the toco bells in denver/Lakewood area. I understand people are still coming back to work through the pandemic but I truly believe toco bell treats & under pays their employees this situation is ridiculous and flat out unacceptable. Toco bell you never see another one of my dollars again!

This Taco Bell is having issues. This is not a good time to expect much from this Taco Bell. In the past they were great, but not so much at this time.

You might be right Im never on that side of town and just stopped I know the taco bell by my crib is horrible so once was good I wont go back again to see if ur right ill take ur word

Very slow and very dirty
Today is 1/27/18, 12:15 am. Our family has been ordering from this location for 3 yrs. And rarely have we gotten everything we ordered. If we did, at least one item wasn't prepared the way we asked. The food was pretty much just thrown together and almost too messy to eat! I don't know if you've hired a new staff or what but our order was perfect! I tried to call and talk to the manager but couldn't get an answer. Whoever's working there now, is just awesome. Wait time, accuracy, preparation, friendliness was just perfect. Thank you so much. We're a fairly big family so our minimum cost, 2-3 days a week, runs $35-$40. Tonight was money well spent!
