Once again sat at the drive up for almost 20 minutes With no acknowledgment whatsoever from the people inside who could see us clearly. This restaurant was getting better we thought a couple of months ago, but it's the saddest excuse for a sonic in Denver.. Highly Do not recommend!

35 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. Manager was extremely rude and difficult to understand, could hear her yelling at employees. Theres busy places and times but we never got our drinks. Watched other cars who got there after get all their things in a usual wait time. We left after checking again and getting an attitude from the "manager" what a joke. It's never been this bad. Looks like I'm not the only one for today same experience.

Showed up and ordered some food for a late lunch. Total was 9.38. I was two short in cash so I was just going to use my debt card for the difference. Had all the money just to forms of payment. I offered 5 in cash and the rest on card. When the young lady came with the food she said that they don’t expect two forms of payments cash or card only not combined. She was liking and able to run the card inside or cash only. Not sure what the problem was as she stated they had the tool operating, this has to be something that happens every day. I asked for a manager/ supervisor and she said that there was none. There was no signage stating there was a issue. When I asked why I couldn’t pay this way. I just got a shoulder shrugged. No manager or supervisor available. While they may have a Legitimate reason. Staff was unable to communicate why this was happening. I have no other reason but to believe it is laziness that I am leaving with no food and no more time for my lunch. Do better.

It would be zero if if could. Had an allergy and told them, they confirmed TWICE?!?!?!?! then ended up having to use an epipen cuz they couldn't take off one ingredient that they confirmed they did. Should be shut down.
