I usually don’t rate places but this agency really isn’t it. I’m in need of a job and these people really don’t seem to want to help you! Tony! Lucia! No one! I try communicating with them especially Lucia, sending her numerous emails with no response. She really doesn’t want to help. She gives me jobs that SHE wants me to do and not that I WANT to do. I’ve explained my standards of what I’m looking for and just out of the blue stops responding to me. Very unprofessional! Sadly, someone I knew recommended me her but I can see it was a huge mistake and a waste of MY TIME. Whoever runs this place really needs to tell their employees to do better! especially with COMMUNICATION. Horrible horrible agency! Definitely do not recommend, don’t waste your time!

PLEASE AVOID AEROTEK!!!!! They owe me so much back pay for 4 months now and April 2022 STILL HAVENT RECEIVED BACKPAY OR ANYTHING!!!!! THE WOMEN IN THIS BRANCH ARE THE WORST!!!! Lucia, Maribel AND EVERYONE THERE ARE A JOKE!!!! There is NEVER open communication, they never follow up never answer calls never reply to emails. I have never experienced an agency so poorly managed!!!

My experience at Aerotek San Marcos was amazing! The people there are very friendly and helpful, especially my recruiter, Mrs. Ivy Greene. I truly felt that she believed in me and wanted me to succeed. She treated me with the utmost respect and actually dedicated her time to explain how everything worked, since this was my first time working with a staffing agency. Within a week or so she already had a job interview lined up for me at a well recognized laboratory; she even coached me and helped me prepare for it. With her professional support and guidance I actually landed the job! and I must say it was a perfect fit! One thing is for certain, that I couldn't have done it without Mrs. Greene's awesome help.

My Experience with Aerotek has been amazing. My recruiter, Robert Nash, helped me from the first moment. He really took the time to get to know me and what I was passionate and interested about. I went on two interviews, the first one was for an admin/HR position and overall it sounded like the organization was unsure and they were not clearly communicating with Aerotek, but my recruiter made me feel like he would do everything in his power to find me something compatible with my skill set. Robert really understood that I was unhappy in my current role and wanted me to find a better career path, he helped me look at long term goals. In the second interview he also prepared me really well and it was the toughest interview I have ever had and I don't believe that without the help of Robert that I would have gotten that position. I am EXTREMELY happy with my new role and career path that Aerotek helped me with and I would recommend everyone to go to ROBERT NASH, he is amazing!
