Positive: NOT A DAMNED THING! Negative: A "DUMP"!!! Locally known for drug use. No bathtub, coffee maker, no phone musty smelling room, everything was old & in poor shape.

While traveling on business, I found myself in Gering, NE. and Circle S Lodge. And I'm grateful that I did. The biggest selling point is the location. A very quiet and safe neighborhood. The Circle S Lodge has two markets on either side which is ideal for snacks, drinks, essentials, etc. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space and had all the basics covered. The room had no frills, but was absolutely perfect for someone just looking for good night sleep. When passing through Gering, NE., I highly recommend the Circle S lodge.

The lodge is themed after the Old Oregon Trail. It's an older building and has the same issues any other old building would have. Many features have been updated over the years, but convenient electrical outlets are lacking. I had to connect my own power strip to one of theirs to operate my CPAP and phone charger. The manager was extremely helpful and a pleasant person to work with; friendly, professional and responsive to all our needs. Would definitely stay there again.
