Had a great experience going to this place, looking to see what tile might work best for a kitchen. The biggest thing I recognized, is as much as we'd like to do what we can online to find what we're looking for, when it comes to color and other aspects of tile, nothing is better than seeing everything live, first hand. The people I got to work with here were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful beyond what I would have imagined. I even got some samples to take home, gratis. Great service.

Lots of interesting choices and some very nice displays; however, every time we've been there they have been short handed. The three different people we talked to didn't appear to actually know much about their own products. We knew more having read the brochures beforehand. That's kind of a bad sign, imo.

I went to this store to purchase tile, first time representative was extremely rude her name is Laura and she told me not to purchase from this store, and her manager heard it and apologize and placed my order so i picked up the order, out of boxes of tile i got 7 were broken plus 3 on the second lift so total of 10 boxes were completely broken or chipped, they refuse to pay me back and confront me Ruben Leon Guzman sales person there hide my tiles and refuse to issue me the fees. I started filing with the Better Business Burea to investigate their actions I also discussed their actions with their upper management. Be very careful when purchasing from this store, they are in a habit of selling broken tiles and hide them in the middle of your pack. make sure you open each box and inspect it before purchase
