Unfortunately at this location customer service it’s really poor customer service, I always like to look at the positive of things but I’ve been coming for two years and a half now to this mall and unfortunately associates don’t have a clue of customer service nor work ethic; they make eye contact with you and they won’t ask if you need they just don’t care or don’t mine not engaging with the customer.

Went to their salon a few times in the past. Their bang cuts are affordable (around $20) and Hannah is an attentive stylist who has an eye for fine details. The shampoo the staff uses smells amazing, and the products at the front of the salon are all pretty affordable, too.

Another disappointing department store. I went there twice, within one week, looking for outfits to wear to my son's wedding for me and hubby. Worst and tiniest selection of formal/ semi formal ever, and just like Macy's, impossible to find a register with a sales assistant working it. Had to go from downstairs to upstairs, and back down again. Finally found only ONE open register on the entire lower floor. What the heck? Do these stores not wonder why they are going broke, or even care?
