INAPPROPRIATE! Only store that closes at 7 pm! To make matters worse all the staff and registers start closing 10 min before 7 pm! This is the second time I come & could not get anything resolved! The handbag I ordered, planing to use it tonight was locked up before seven, the sales associate could not get it for me. Most stores help those customers in the store, not Zaks Fifth Avenue!

I love Saks, but I feel in Dadeland it’s very poor compared for example with the one in Brickell City Centre, where you can find fine brands, luxury, clothes, shoes and bags.
