On July 4, 2022 Monday I went to this location between 3 and 4 P:M more or less in the parking lot a black male employee with a blue shirt basically blew his bugers his nose all over me accidentally but no apology was issued and now I am sick with a massive throat infection. I had to go home throw away all my clothes and sneakers dis-infect car and return to the store to do what I needed to get done at the store. This is disgusting and I reported this to Brandsmart the other day. Terrible

Me and my wife ordered a full 4 piece kitchen appliances, we were told the fridge and stove would be installed and neither was installed, I was told since the old fridge has a water filter they can’t remove it, it would be nice if that was told at the time of purchase, plus the new fridge has the same water filter so it makes no sense. They also left the appliances in the middle of my living room and they left the brandsmart box of the fridge outside my home. Very unprofessional they did the most to get out of there as fast as possible.

As soon as I got into the store no one approach me or asked me if I needed help I went to go buy a iPhone and didn't even get to talk to sells men every one juged book by its cover the lady at customer service was rude didn't even know how to get some one to talk to me after I still waited and the sells men kept getting people that came after ms I couldn't even ask them a question and when some one that wasn't there the whole time I was waiting came and they grab them and then they acknowledged Me when I said something terrible customers service!!! Definitely not getting my sale !!

You are absolutely right, sellers deveriam choose outra profission, they are invaluable in service, deveriam choose better sellers.
That's right, but NOT all of them are like that out of 10 there is 1 different and it should be the other way around. It also tends to happen everywhere especially in the Presidents, CVS.
