The food is good, but, it would be nice when you order extras online, that you actually get what you are paying an extra $8 for. No bacon, no avocado, didn't want mayo but got it. Fukin do your job please.

Ordered from here about a year ago a had a terrible experience. Decided to try again and quickly learned nothing had changed. Website says delivery is ASAP but what it doesn't tell you is that ASAP means 2 hours. When I finally got my food it smelled like the driver had smoked in the car while making his delivery. Last time I was offered a free meal but this time I would like a refund as I will never order again.

Ordered Jimmy John's today (1/2/19) and it has been the SLOWEST delivery ever. I ordered at noon and it JUST GOT HERE. An hr and 27 minutes after my order was made. I called the store, was put on hold for 5 minutes and was told the delivery girl should be here in a few minutes. It took another 30 minutes for her to show up and they forgot a bag of chips. At this point it's not even worth it to call them back. We ordered Jimmy John's because delivery is supposed to be quick and we needed to leave town to go home. Literally could have ordered anywhere else and we would more than likely be done eating and getting ready to be on the road. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order delivery from this Jimmy John's.
