If i could put 0 stars i would. I brought my car into Firestone to get an alignment on my car a few months ago after getting new back struts. When I did I had told them to call me if there was any issues that would cause me to not be able to get the alignment, to which I got a phone call saying it was all done and that all I needed was a new set of tires. So I paid my $90 but I did pass on the tires that day, and after a month my tires that weren’t terrible were almost completely bald and had wires showing and popped due to it; and actually rolled my dads Ford Expedition on my way to school since I wasnt used to driving a rear wheel drive vehicle, especially on ice. But after about a week of my “alignment” I had a friend look because it was still pulling quite a bit and he was pretty sure they didn’t do anything, but couldn’t say for sure it just looked like nothing was touched. But then I went Into the shop last week where i went to for my front tires after it popped to get my new back tires I asked them to look in the front to see if it was aligned and they said it definitely wasnt and there were so many parts needing to be fixed there was no way this car had or couldve been aligned. I 10/10 do NOT recommend Firestone in Grand Forks.

They are very friendly there. I've never had a problem, except for the time I went just to ask if they could make sure I installed my turn signal bulb correctly. Whoever was there told me that it would cost like $30-something to diagnose it. I told him I'm not paying for that. I just needed to know that I installed it correctly bc it wasn't coming on. He came out and looked, then said it isn't coming on because I needed a new connector (just like at O'Reilly's). Then I left.

So I took my Crosstrek to these guys to have the front cv joints replaced about 6 months ago. On Valentine's day my passenger side front cv axle broke on I29 going 75 mph. I had to have my car towed back to grand forks and when I called them to let them know what happened I was told they would cover it under warranty. Since my insurance would only tow to a dealer, I had the dealership fix the problem. When I called them today I was told they would not pay the bill since they didn't fix it at Firestone. My question is, why would I trust them to fix a problem that was caused by them in the first place? This place uses cheap parts and overcharges for labor. Never getting my business again. 2 stars because at least I got 6 months of use out of what they did on my car.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation (free when you buy tires from them) and I dropped off my car at 8:30 in the morning like I was asked. They did not finish until almost 5pm. I understand that they are very busy, but the purpose of an appointment is to avoid things like this from happening. While they do have good sales on tires and offer military discount, I think I would rather invest in the tools to do my own tire rotation.

They usually do. It depends on the size. A quick call will be able to determine for sure
Masks were required but we were allowed to wait in the building.
