Wow, where do I start?! Looking for a hotel that offers a rate, verifies your identity for a rate, then won’t honor the rate? This the hotel for you! Looking for a hotel that loses your booking? This is the hotel for you! Looking for a hotel that charges your card 5 times for a two room stay (because they “lost” the original booking)? This is the hotel for you! Looking for a room that “finds” $1,500 worth of Switch games but only will claim said “find” after involving the cops? This is the hotel for you! Looking for a hotel with no shower pressure? This is the hotel for you! Looking for a hotel where the subpar breakfast ends by 9:00am even on weekends? This is the hotel for you! In summary, this hotel is trash.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, a great breakfast and dining area. Coffee was always available. My only complaint was I wanted to stay longer, and we were busy visiting our friends, so we didn't get to spend enough time in the lovely room

This was the most pleasant experience and the service is simply amazing. I can't say enough. Room was beautiful and beds are super comfy. I definitely would go back again. Safe and secure as well as easy access from your vehicle to your room.

PROS: Comfortable beds, decent breakfast selection, staff was very accommodating and friendly, clean, and pretty much updated CONS: no A/C in stairwells or hallways, no elevator, TV's were pretty dated with not much channel selection for young kids, no pool The staff did everything we could have asked to make our stay great. Housekeeping did not clean our rooms while there though? (stayed Thursday night - Sunday morning) All in all, the hotel had its fair share of limitations, but for small town lodging, it was as good as it gets.
