I did checkin 1:30 pm and my appointment was 2 pm. They wasted my 6 hours to unload just 4 pallets. They abused me and harassed me And they don’t know how to behave with drivers. Worst customer service.

Had a 7pm appointment Checked in at 6:30 and got a door right away I believe by 8:30 or 9pm I was done unloading and got paperwork by 9:30pm I think or earlier than that. Guys at the office were super cool.
