Poor customer service, which they always blame on being short handed. One tech says one thing and the next one completely says opposite. Uncaring. Lacks compassion. They just filled the wrong prescription! And when I asked to speak to supervisor I was told I could have my prescriptions sent elsewhere. Wow:

Walgreens has an operating pharmacy service and I'll almost always find what I came in for. Lines sometimes take a while, but I understand how slow it is working with the medicine.

I went into get playing cards found a person who helped me very nicely took me to where I needed to go. Went to check out there are two of us in line waiting no one would help finally the lady in front of me found somebody the cashier helped her and as soon as she was done a guy in a red shirt walked in and instead of helping the next person in line, which was me she helped him do a FedEx. She was very flippant she was very rude. Then another person the same person that walked me to the playing cards. Asked what the problem was cashier said I was the problem! I was furious!!
