Let me put it this way! I have been to two apartments buildings one in Hutchinson one in Glencoe and they were very nasty places that I went to and very gross and not up kept at all. When I came to this place I was very welcomed very impressed by the cleanliness of Apartments also the property management was very kind and a very courteous. I would recommend renting here!

I had a friend living with her boyfriend for 6 at Deer park for 6 months and he was in a a really bad accident that killed him. When she got back from the hospital saying her final goodbye to him the manager at deer park had her greeted with cops and had her removed after they had verbally said that she could live their. She lived their for 6 months with him and now she is homeless because of these awful people that manage these apartments!! These people have no morals or values what so ever, and their over priced!
