It is so wonderful to walk into a place and the person at the counter is so knowledgeable. My problem was diagnosed quickly- I was grateful for the low cost solution, although I know that can not always be expected. My vacuum is not easy to take apart unless you know what you are doing- I was so impressed as he quickly checked out the possible problem areas. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Josh was very accommodating and went above and beyond in locating the vacuum model that I wanted. He also answered my questions to make sure what I had in mind would work for my needs (hardwood and wool rugs). Great experience all around!

Warranty Service Followthrough Beaverton Store... Bought a refurbished carpet cleaner with a warranty for $600. Machine failed and I took it in for repair. I told Ithem I have a German Shepherd and needed to clean. I was told it would take a week. A few weeks later and I had not heard anything. I called today for an update and was told they were waiting for a part but could not give me a eta. They said the part was ordered immediately but there is no way to track it (hard to believe in this day and age). Nothing about the delay had been communicated to me. I told him I needed my machine and would end up renting another if I could not get it back soon. I asked if they would credit me the $600 and allow me to get another machine. No answer but was told he would do research to find out where the part is. Not even an offer of a machine to use while waiting for the warranty work. While I originally thought the price was high, my experience with the eastside store has been good in the past. That same day I bought a Nellie's floor scrubber from them. I hope the two year warranty on it does not get the same level of attention. Everyone has an off day though so I put this rating at 2. I will update appropriately when there is an outcome.
