Tons of bugs and the trash cans smell like they never empty them. Pest control and daily trash collection may be needed during the winter months. Hard to enjoy with the stench of pet poop in the air.

This is a small and charming neighborhood park. The grounds are well cared for. It is always a pleasure to take a mid-walk break there.

Good little neighborhood park. Basketball courts, two normal swings, two baby swings, and a decent play structure. No bathroom and I'm not sure that the water fountain really works. The gazebo is nice but small. There is also a grassy hill my kids like rolling down. Usually not too busy.

Cute small park with a nice playground, basketball court, swings, bike racks and a Gazebo. There is some fencing around the park to help keep the kids in. The park is part of a green belt that winds through the Arbor Ridge subdivisions. There are no bathrooms.

There's one outside porta potty right now that is daily cleaned and stocked
"George William Otten is best known for his park designs through his long association with the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District. He designed tennis courts, swimming pools, and over a hundred parks most notably Greenway and Commonwealth Lake parks in Beaverton. The Park District recognized him by naming one of the parks he designed in Beaverton the George W. Otten Park." - Taken from his obituary in The Oregonian.
