Pretty upsetting. I'm used to dealing with messed up orders because that's just part of the game if you decide to eat fast food. I'm lactose intolerant though so that's one mess up I can't let slide. I special ordered a cheese hamburger and said "no cheese". There was a lot of cheese on it... I'm giving them a two star because the rest of the special order was correct and the staff was friendly enough and fast enough. Also, this was through the drive through as well. So when I sat down to eat at the hotel I had to deal with that after a long day of work, just like most of us do.

Typically BK. Glad to see young kids working. Lack of personality but at least working. Food was fine, order was correct. Speed was good.

When I asked for zesty sauce for my onion rings, the guys said "of course" like it was the most natural thing ever, like if I hadn't asked it would have been included anyway. How are you then going to NOT GIVE ME ANY ZESTY SAUCE?
