I lived in many apartments before I lived here and have to say this is by far the best place. I lived here for 8 years and only moved because I was relocated for a job, I wish I could pick this place up and take it with me lol. Grounds are always clean and well taking care of. It was always very quiet and I really never had any issues but if I did, they were taking care of right away. Cheri and the staff are top notch, and getting free high speed internet and extended cable saved me a ton of money. Can't recommend this place enough for someone looking in the area.

With in weeks of moving in I'm getting harassed for hanging an extension cord on lose ł hooks in garage to run a dehumidifier. I had discussed the fact that I was trying to escape a mold problem before and was renting both half of the double garage as a staging area. Paying as much as a mortgage in some places. If you rent even both halves of double garage expect them to unlock and enter at any time they chose no attempt at notice given. When unpacking try not to leave stuff in front of door for a moment. Maibtence ignored hold on while blowing open my door and knocked a box containing among other things A $ 150 solder station against wall in doing so. I saw the lock turn and yelled hold on to no avail. I wouldn't put it past them to unlock and bust into a unit if your toilet time smelled a bit strong one day Also know your usps packages end up with the office. A few times I've had to endure monologs while waiting to receive mail. Technically a federal crime

Love this place!! Nice, quiet and staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever your needs may be. Nothing bad about this place!!!
