The employee named bella.. touched dirty money and a dirty register with her gloves on and then didnt switch her gloves when she came back to finish helping me.. just continued to put cheese with contaminated gloves on my sandwich.. i had asked her nicely if she could change her gloves since she just handled money and remake my sandwich and she got upset. And stormed to the backroom. Everytime i come in now she tells the other employees to be rude to me..? What are we 6? If you cant handle someone calling you out for first off not following any health regulations wich can and will get your place of work shut down.. maybe dont work in food..? Would you like me man handling dirty money and touching your food..? I dont think so.. something needs to be done about this employee immediately.. shes a lawsuit waiting to happen. Completely unacceptable to get upset at a costumer for calling you out on following a health code procedure that is common sense. Thank you to those that gave me her name.

Food was great, but service was pretty bad. The employees had the music so loud that we couldn't understand what they were saying. When we asked them to repeat, we received rolled eyes and yelling, because turning the music down wasn't an obvious solution.

The sandwich was good but the women working there wasn't. Very rude and unpleasant, mad and, mumbling stuff under her breath. This was my second time dealing with her. The first time I thought maybe she's just having a bad day but, not the case she's a miserable person.

When visiting today 3 people were working. The 1st was a female that lacked attention to detail as a customer ahead of us asked for double meat on a chicken teriyaki sub and she did not put double meat on it. Then the next sub was a melt and she just melted the meat and cheese and bagged up the sub without asking what they want it. Then the next employee was a younger male that made a comment if you put anything on your sub it is going to be sloppy. He also loves to smash and compact the bread to make it paper thin instead of leaving it like it should be. People do not want to hear rude comments or have their sub smashed down. There needs to be some quality training and new smiling faces at this location before I will return. Another visit a female worker hated her job so much she was throwing the meat and cheese around and smashing the bread backing trays. Wish the owner and manager were in the store.
