This has been my home gym since starting my BJJ journey almost five years ago. It was something that I always wanted to try and I'm so glad that I started here. The instruction is high-quality and the other teammates are class act folks. Some of my best friends have come from this sport and gym, so it means more and more to me every day. While the whole "touching sweaty people" is initially uncomfortable, you'll quickly get over it and enjoy the sport, the art, and the lifelong friendships. One of the unique aspects of our gym is that we truly want everyone to improve. The better you get, the better we all get!

Combat Sports Center is one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. Jiu Jitsu instructor Daniel Priebe is superb, offering Jiu Jitsu classes from Mon-Sat. MMA & Muay Thai instructor Dave Hagen offers a wealth of knowledge in his Mon, Wed, & Fri classes. The team of people that train here are so friendly and welcoming. People of all skill levels and athletic ability are welcome. Martial arts is a life changing endeavor, and I’d encourage everyone give it a try. Be ready to sweat; we work hard here! Bring your mouthpiece!

All levels are welcome. Strong culture of building eachother up. Best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in Salem. All levels have a place here whether you are a beginner or a higher belt and all will get better by the world class instructors.

Combat Sports Center is the best MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in the Salem/Keizer area! I have trained at other local academies and felt like I am just a dollar bill to the instructor - Not here at Combat Sports Center where the instructors truly care about their students' success. Head BJJ coach Daniel Priebe is a very legit black belt under Carlos Farias. The MMA and Muay Thai instructor, Dave Hagen is an MMA Official for the UFC. The coaching here is top notch! I love the atmosphere at this academy and hope you will give it a shot and come train with us! Oss!

Yes you could eventually move into our MMA classes, if you do not have any prior training we will require a minimum of 3 months training in our BJJ and Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes in order to transition into the MMA class. If you have prior wrestling or martial artd ee can evaluate your readiness. Thanks, Daniel Priebe

Do you guys teach Krav Maga hear? I am interested in learning Krav Maga, so I am looking for a club that will teach that.

I'm sorry Krav Maga is not one of the arts we teach. We teach Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA
